Health ToGo
I encourage you to take whatever steps
you can toward greater health - anything to improve your
mood, rejuvenate your mind, body, or spirit, however great
or small, however frequently or infrequently.
If these diversions in some way allow you to move toward
greater health or inspire you even momentarily, celebrate
this step toward greater wellness!
Other ideas include taking a short walk, having a tall
glass of water, taking a deep breath, celebrating a moment
of beauty in the midst of the mundane, speaking an
affirmation to yourself, doing a little dance in your seat,
small substitutions in your daily choices, reading a
cherished book, listening to inspirational music, trying
something new, all without shame, guilt, "shoulds, woulds,
or coulds," always moving toward the positive. I'm sure you
can think of many, many more.
